Program Services:
- Medical Care Clinics held Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday serve patients with complex health problems and acute medical needs
- General Medical Clinic held Wednesday evenings offers both acute and chronic outpatient care
- Speciality Clinics include gynecology, nephrology, gastroenterology, cardiology, rheumatology, and mental health
- Licensed pharmacy services provided Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday mornings and Wednesday evenings
- Medication Assistance Program (MAP) provides access to free medications from drug manufacturers
- Dental Clinic held each first and third Tuesday evening for extractions and referrals to the HR Dental Clinic
- GAP offers referrals to stable patients for follow-up visits within their own community when available
- Other services include patient education, case management, medical lab, mental health services, nursing assessment, and nutrition counseling
Patients Served:
- Priority given to uninsured workig persons whose income in under 200% of federal poverty level; patients also include those on or seeking disability
- 5,989 patient visits in 2010; 1,051 individuals served
- 24,855 prescriptions filled with an annual value of $2,234,844
Patient Contributions:
- $23,430 donated by patients for medications ($3.00 per prescription capped at $15.00)

- 80% Caucasian
- 10% African American
- 1% Asian
- 9% Other
- 13% Spanish language patients
- 4% Russian language patients
- 65% Earn less than 100% of Federal Poverty Level ($10,890 family of 1 or $22,050 family of 4).

- 78% between the ages of 34 and 64
- 519 Patients from Harrisonburg (49%), 532 Patients from Rockingham County (51%)
Volunteer Services:
- 276 community and student volunteers provided 14,848 hours valued at $359,398
Budget:
- Operating expenses for 2010 were $576,000 excluding depreciation. Eighty-five percent of fundig is secured locally from Harrisonburg and Rockingham County
- Funding sources include individuals, businesses and corporations, foundations, special events, faith-based organizations, civic and service groups, local governments and United Way
- Virginia Association of Free Clinics Grants provided $73,000
In-Kind Support:
- Rockingham Memorial Hospital provides a variety of services including lab testing and supplies, plain X-rays, ultra sounds, nuclear medical screens, CT scans, MRIs, screening and diagnostic mammograms, cardiology services, respiratory therapy, ABG's, EKG's, ambulatory surgery center, endoscopy suite, treatment room, pain clinic, and physical therapy Total $500,844
