Full-Time Clinical Services Director:

The Free Clinic offers a flexible schedule and rewarding work with an integrated team of inter-disciplinary health clinicians. The Clinical Services Director provides program oversight, advocates for patient care, implements clinical protocols at the direction of Medical Director(s), evaluates clinical and patient health outcomes, and serves as liaison with community partners. Required Education and Experience: An under graduate degree in Health Administration, Nursing, Public Health, Social Work or related field and three (3+) years of program administration experience.

Preferred Education and Experience:  An advance degree in Health Administration, Nursing, Public Health, Social Work or related field and three (3+) years of program administration experience. Position: Full-time salary position with benefits available.

Part-Time Health Clinician MD or Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

The Free Clinic offers a flexible work schedule and a unique inter-disciplinary clinical team approach as a frontline medical home for the uninsured adult residents of the community. Medical clinicians in consultation with colleagues that include an onsite pharmacist, behavioral health counselors, and other professionals provide integrated health services and treatments for a wide variety of patients. Clinicians spend time with patients to achieve identified health outcomes, not dealing with insurance companies, billing services, or pre-authorizations. Required: MD, NP or PA certification and licensure with 1- 2 years of experience in internal medicine

Preferred: Bilingual and 3+ years of experience in internal medicine

Part-Time Patient Resource and Eligibility Manager

Provides case management services for patients, and identify referral resources for persons inquiring about needed services not available at the Free Clinic, supervises eligibility volunteers and provides oversight of the eligibility process which includes; the implementation of the eligibility policy and procedures, the recruitment and supervision of volunteers. Success includes developing a collaborative and supportive relationship with other department leaders and other clinic partner organizations. Required: BS or BA Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or related degree and knowledge of area community resources

Preferred: Bilingual and 1-2 years working with low-income populations and supervision of direct reports-employee or volunteers.
